I.T. Home Installation
I.T. Home Installation covers a variety of hardware, as the name suggests "Information Technology". For example: Televisions, DVD's, Faxes, Broadband, Videos, Set top box's, Personal computers, ect. The list grows by the year. We can offer impartial advice on what will best suit your needs. Look for discounts on the internet for your equipment, and purchase them, and have them delivered to us or you, then we can Install and show you how to use the equipment if you require.
You may decide to purchase the equipment your self, and we will just come and install the equipment for you. We can even remove your old equipment and safely dispose of it for you *. Once you have placed your ordered with us, a 50% deposit will be required upon order, then the balance paid in full on delivery or after installation.
P.C. Builds and upgrades.
Again we can offer impartial advice on what spec P.C. you will need for the applications that you wish to run, buy or build your P.C. to your exact requirements, or any hardware upgrades or accessories to existing equipment you may have. Most general software faults can also be fixed, More difficult software faults may need the recovery and / or O/S (Operating System) discs that came with your P.C.
Home P.C. and Internet Tuition.
We come to you on a one to one learning basis to explain what does what, where, when, and why, to help you understand how to use the equipment to its full potential and how to keep virus free with your updates. Show you how to use the web to make huge savings on equipment and goods or bookings online, most Insurance firms offer an extra 10% discount when you buy online, compare your utility bills and switch for free (it's the same electric who ever you buy it from). Within a short space of time you will soon recope the money you have spent and be the wiser for it. We can show you how to use email and web cam to keep in touch with people.
Qualifications for our engineers are a minimum of City and Guilds in:
- Information Technology modules in the Information Technology series.
- Micro computer systems installation and maintenance 2.
- Over 20 years experience with P.C's and the Internet.
Our prices
If you require us to visit you to discus your home requirements, P.C. builds, fixes, upgrades, Internet tuition ect, there will be a charge of £0.55p per Km ( each way from Dartford ) as well as our hourly charge of £30.00 per hour.( Again each way from Dartford ) + any other out of pocket expenses.( minimum charge 1 hr )
Disposal of old equipment - price available on request. Discount of 20% ( labour only ) if you bring your equipment to us.
We are based at Dartford in Kent. All call-out charges start from Dartford (extra charges may apply for London). All equipment or parts / upgrades carry a 1 year manufactures guarantee.

EC Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) came into force on 2nd January 2007 in the U.K.
You are responsible for the safe disposal of most if not all of your electrical equipment, by law you may NOT " just put it in the rubbish bin " and should recycle it instead, you should check with the manufactures notes on how to dispose of your equipment in the correct manor. If you get some one to take any of your waste away for you, you are also responsible to make sure they have the correct documentation and are registered as a waste carrier.
We are registered Waste Carriers with Kent County Council No: KEN/467011
We will issue you with a Duty of care waste transfer note for your equipment.
